This policy explains your return and refund rights when you buy from Vending Arena. It distinguishes between consumer (B2C) purchases and business (B2B) purchases because UK law treats the two differently.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you bought as a consumer (not for a business), you have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to cancel your order without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email support@vendingarena.co.uk with your order number.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply to business-to-business sales. Business buyers may return undamaged units in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund less a 15% restocking fee and outbound + return freight charges. Email support@vendingarena.co.uk to start a return.
If your unit arrives damaged or faulty, email support@vendingarena.co.uk and call +44 1632 960123 within 48 hours of delivery. Send photographs of the damaged packaging and unit. We will arrange a free return, repair, or replacement at our cost.
Approved refunds are paid via the original payment method (bank transfer for BACS orders) within 14 days of receiving the returned unit, less any deductions for damage or restocking. UK bank transfers typically arrive within 1–2 working days of issue.
