Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
5–10 working days from cleared funds to UK Mainland; 7–10 working days to Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland. Every delivery is by lift-gate / tail-lift lorry to the kerbside.
How do I pay?
We accept payment by UK bank transfer (BACS). Your order is held until cleared funds arrive (typically 1–2 working days). Use your order number as the payment reference. For VAT-registered business buyers, we can issue a pro-forma invoice on request.
Do you install the machine?
Standard delivery is to kerbside on a pallet. Inside delivery, positioning, levelling, plug-in, and commissioning are an optional extra; email support@vendingarena.co.uk for an installation quote.
What’s the warranty?
New units: 12 months parts and labour. Refurbished units: 12 months parts and labour. Used units: 90-day workmanship guarantee. See Warranty for the full terms.
Can I rent rather than buy?
Yes. Most catalogue models are available on monthly hire. Typical UK office rates are £35–£120 per month, depending on machine class and hire term. Email hello@vendingarena.co.uk with the model name and your delivery postcode for a tailored quote.
Do refurbished machines come with a warranty?
Yes — our refurbished units carry the same 12-month parts-and-labour warranty as a new unit, because each one is serviced, deep-cleaned, re-tested, and quality-controlled in our UK workshop before despatch.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices shown on product pages are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the current UK standard rate of 20% is added at checkout. Freight charges are likewise pre-VAT.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund. If you’re a consumer (B2C), the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies after dispatch. See Cancellation policy.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland / Highlands / Channel Islands?
Yes — with a freight surcharge of £350 (vs £150 to UK Mainland). See Shipping policy.
What if the machine arrives damaged?
Note the damage on the carrier’s note before signing, photograph the packaging and unit, and email support@vendingarena.co.uk + call +44 1632 960123 within 48 hours. We arrange a free repair, replacement, or return at our cost.
