Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of vendingarena.co.uk and any orders you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline any order at our discretion (including for stock, pricing, or freight reasons). All prices on the site are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated; VAT at 20% is added at checkout.
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS). Your order remains on hold until cleared funds are received. Use your order number as the BACS reference. For VAT-registered business buyers, request a pro-forma invoice by emailing support@vendingarena.co.uk.
Delivery
UK Mainland delivery is £150 (incl. lift-gate); UK Highlands and Islands is £350; Northern Ireland is £350. Standard lead time is 5–10 working days from cleared funds. See our Shipping policy for full terms.
Pricing and availability
Prices and stock are accurate at the time of display but may change. If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund in full. We are not bound to honour pricing errors.
Warranty and faults
Every new unit carries a 12-month parts-and-labour warranty. Refurbished units carry the same 12-month warranty. Used units carry a 90-day workmanship guarantee. See Warranty for the full terms.
Returns and refunds
See Refund and Returns Policy for full terms, including the 14-day consumer right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our liability for any breach of these Terms is limited to the price you paid for the unit in question. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
