Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands incur a freight surcharge — see rates below. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Delivery rates
- UK Mainland: £150 (includes lift-gate / tail-lift delivery)
- UK Highlands and Islands (postcodes IV, KW, HS, PA, ZE): £350
- Isle of Man, Channel Islands (IM, JE, GG): £350
- Northern Ireland (BT): £350
All freight prices are pre-VAT. Quoted at checkout.
Lead time
Standard delivery is 5–10 working days from cleared funds (BACS). For most UK Mainland orders this is closer to 5–7 working days; Highlands and Islands are 7–10 working days.
What’s included
Kerbside delivery to the nearest accessible point, on a pallet, with a tail-lift / lift-gate lorry. Our driver will deliver to ground-floor level at the kerbside. Inside-delivery, positioning, and commissioning are separate services — email support@vendingarena.co.uk for a quote.
On the day of delivery
- Make sure someone over 18 is available to sign for the unit.
- Check the outer packaging carefully before signing. Note any damage on the carrier’s note before signing.
- Take photographs of any damaged packaging or visible damage to the unit.
- If the unit is damaged, email support@vendingarena.co.uk and call +44 1632 960123 within 48 hours of delivery.
Installation and commissioning
Optional. Our engineer will deliver, position, level, plug in, and demonstrate first-fill / first-run. Charges from £[REPLACE BEFORE LAUNCH] per unit, quoted on request. Available UK Mainland only.
Multi-unit orders
Orders of 3+ units may qualify for consolidated freight — contact us before checkout for a custom quote.
Hire / lease
If you are taking a unit on hire rather than purchase, delivery and installation are typically included in the monthly fee. Email support@vendingarena.co.uk to discuss.
