Any manufacturing or component fault that prevents the machine from operating to its rated specification, where the unit has been installed, operated, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Email support@vendingarena.co.uk with your order number, the unit’s serial number (on the inside panel), a description of the fault, and photographs or a short video showing the problem. We aim to respond within one working day. We may resolve remotely (parts shipped to you), arrange an on-site engineer visit (UK Mainland only), or collect the unit for workshop repair.
We target a same-business-day response and on-site attendance within 5 working days for UK Mainland warranty claims. Outside UK Mainland we will agree a schedule case-by-case.
Chargeable repair and parts service is available for all units we sell, for the working life of the unit. Standard service rate: £[REPLACE BEFORE LAUNCH] per hour + parts at trade prices.
Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you bought as a consumer.
