Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

You can cancel any order at any point before we send the dispatch confirmation email. Reply to your order confirmation or email support@vendingarena.co.uk with the subject “Cancel order #XXXX”. We will cancel and refund in full within 5 working days.

After dispatch (consumer)

If you ordered as a consumer (B2C), the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies. See our Refund and Returns policy for the full terms.

After dispatch (business)

If you ordered as a business (B2B), cancellation after dispatch is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus outbound and return freight. See Refund and Returns.

How we refund

Cancellation refunds are paid via the original payment method (bank transfer for BACS orders) within 14 days of cancellation confirmation. UK bank transfers typically arrive within 1–2 working days of issue.
